Fly Fishing Packages
Terms & Conditions

​In order to guarantee your booking a deposit of 50% is required. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. Please check that the details of your booking are complete and accurate before you confirm your booking.

Rate shown is the average inclusive rate per night unless otherwise specified, and vary by arrival date and/or length of stay.

 

If applicable, Special Offer reservations are non-refundable. An offer cannot be combined with any other offer and do not apply to groups or The House rental. Special Offer terms must be met for the rate to be valid.

Rates are subject to 10% VAT and 6% BOIPB Resort Levy, these taxes are included in the fly fishing total package price, and will be shown as a separate line at the time of booking. Rates, taxes and fees are subject to change without notice. ​

A minimum stay of two nights/one day guided fishing is required for the fly fishing package. Minimum stay may vary for Special Offers.

Reservations may be modified without penalty more than 90 days prior to your check-in date. Please note that changes in the length of stay or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.

Reservations may be cancelled in writing, more than 90 days prior to arrival. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded, less a fee of $250 per person.  Contact us at reservations@the-cay-house.com for assistance with cancellation. 

Thereafter, the individual is responsible for the total cost and no refund will be made unless client replacement (client's responsibility) is found. No refund can be made for unused arrangements or fishing time lost due to inclement weather.

Check-in is at 3pm. If you arrive earlier we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready and will accommodate you immediately if possible. Upon check-in, guests will be required to provide a valid credit/debit card along with a valid form of photo identification.

Check-out is by 11am. If you require a late check-out, please contact us before 4pm the day before your departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

​

Upon check-in a security deposit of $100 will be authorized to your credit/debit card, this can also be paid in cash. This will be returned to you in the method that you paid, upon your departure, less any incidentals or other charges you incurred during your stay with us. Please note that all credit/debit card transactions (charges and refunds) though released immediately may take 7-14 business days to process by your bank.

Other Policy Considerations

                ​

Smoking is not permitted inside The Cay House. There will be designated areas in the outdoor space where smoking may be permitted. Violation of the non-smoking policy can result in a $500 fee.

​

You may not remove, damage or destroy any of The Cay House property. Doing so, you accept that you will be required to pay an amount the hotel deems appropriate to replace its property.
